History

Established in 2005.

One Shot started as a small coffee shop in the newly constructed Liberties Walk of North 2nd street in 2005, however, we quickly grew out of our old 20+ seat space. In 2011, we purchased a 3 story former bar, two doors from our original location. With the help of SLDesign and Buckminster Green builders, we remodeled the entire structure to fit our style and sentiment. Using reclaimed lumber as rustic accents the extensively renovated space is handsomely adorned with refreshed family heirlooms, Philadelphia industrial antiques, and custom-built furniture by local artisans. We proudly serve Stumptown Coffee, as well as a full brunch menu of seasonal fare in our 82+ seats and two floors of space. Our new home has proved to be an amazing neighborhood addition and a cafe that truly everyone can enjoy.
